This resource was created by our founder, Amanda Kingsley Malo. Amanda is a K-12 teacher with twelve years of experience creating effective and engaging resources for her students, and she brought that expertise to this workbook. She combined that with the decade of knowledge that she acquired from working on federal and municipal campaigns. In the workbook, you’ll find checklists, reflection exercises, roadmaps, and guiding activities to help you work through everything you need to do before you hand in your nomination papers. She also knows that everybody learns differently, and made sure to include extra enrichment resources such as videos, podcasts, and articles from other experts in the industry.
