You're officially in the race.
Now let's get you ready.
You've filed your nomination papers. You've put your name on the ballot.
Now comes the campaign.
Running a campaign can feel overwhelming, especially if it's your first time. The PoliticsNOW Campaign Hub was created to give you practical tools, trusted guidance, and the confidence to navigate the campaign ahead.
Whether you're just getting started or preparing for election day, you'll find resources designed specifically for women running for municipal office in Northern Ontario.
You don't need to know everything today. Just take it one step at a time.
The PoliticsNOW Campaign Hub is a free, private resource for women running for municipal office in Ontario's 2026 municipal election.
It's designed to give you practical campaign training, tools, and support throughout the campaign.
How it works
A campaign resource you can use from nomination day to election day.
The Campaign Hub is designed to meet you where you are in your campaign. There isn't a required course schedule or a list of assignments you need to complete. Instead, you'll have a growing library of practical resources you can dip into whenever you need them.
01 - Apply for Access
Fill out our short Campaign Hub Access Form.
We'll ask for some basic information about you and your campaign, along with a way for us to confirm that you've officially filed to run in the 2026 municipal election.
Why do we ask?
The Campaign Hub is intentionally private and is available specifically to women who are currently running for municipal office. We want to make sure we're creating a space for the candidates it's designed to support.
02 — We verify your candidacy
Once you submit the form, we'll verify that you've officially filed.
In most cases, we'll use your municipality's publicly available candidate information to do this. If we can't easily find you there, we may follow up and ask you to provide another form of confirmation.
You don't need to jump through hoops. We just need to know you're actually in the race.
03 — We'll send you your invitation
Once your candidacy is verified, we'll send you an email with everything you need to access the private Campaign Hub.
The Hub is password protected, so you'll have a dedicated place to return to throughout the campaign.
Tip: Bookmark the Hub once you get access. You'll want to be able to find it quickly.
04 — Find what you need, when you need it
Once you're inside, you'll find a growing collection of short campaign training videos, practical resources, and information about upcoming live Q&A sessions.
Most training videos are 5–15 minutes long and focus on one specific topic.
There's no required order and no need to watch everything.
Use the Hub as a campaign toolbox and come back whenever you need it.
05 — Keep coming back
The Hub isn't finished when you first get access.
We'll continue adding new training videos, resources, and recorded Q&A sessions throughout the campaign.
As the election gets closer, the things you need help with will change—and the Hub will change with you.

You don't need to watch them in a particular order or complete a curriculum. Find the topic you need, watch the video, and put it to work.
-
Nope.
The Hub is designed as a campaign resource library, not a course.
Your campaign will have different needs at different points in the election, so you can use the Hub however makes sense for you.
-
Yes!
We'll host live Campaign Q&A sessions throughout the campaign, giving candidates an opportunity to bring questions, talk through challenges, and get practical guidance.
Can't make a session? No problem. We'll record the sessions and add them to the Hub.
-
Yes. The Hub is designed to grow throughout the campaign.
We'll continue adding training videos, tools, and recorded coaching sessions as the campaign progresses and new needs arise.
-
The Hub provides education, tools, and practical guidance to help you run your own campaign.
It's not a campaign management, fundraising, communications, or volunteer recruitment service. We won't run your campaign for you, but we'll give you tools and information to help you make informed decisions and do the work yourself.
-
The Hub is intended for verified candidates.
You are welcome to use the tools and training with your campaign team where appropriate, but Hub access is provided to the candidate rather than as a general campaign-team membership.
-
Please don't.
The Hub is a private candidate resource, and access is intended for verified 2026 candidates. Please don't share your password, login information, or private Hub content publicly.
-
We'll review your application and verify your candidacy.
Once we've confirmed that you've officially filed, we'll send you an email with instructions for accessing the Hub. This can take up to 48 hours — we’re a small team with full time jobs outside of this and are doing this in our spare time, so please keep that in mind.
If we can't verify your candidacy from the information provided, we'll reach out to you directly.
-
That's exactly what the Campaign Q&A sessions are for! Make sure you keep an eye on the events page, as we’ll be posting them there.
You can also let us know what you'd like to see added to the Hub. We're building this resource throughout the campaign, and candidate questions will help shape what we add next.
